✨ How the Custom Process Works

1. Say Hello: Message me first with your idea for confirmation.
Once approved, you can purchase this listing!

2. The Details: Head over to the custom character builder
(https://nuashophouse.com/pages/character-builder) on my website to take your time visualising and customising your residents! I’ll also provide a form for you to upload reference images. If you require further customisation that is not shown on the builder, just share it with me here.

3. The Sketch: Within 1–2 days, I will provide a complimentary sketch based on your vision for your approval.

4. The Sculpting: Once the design is finalised, I will begin handcrafting your keepsake.
Lead time is approximately 10–15 working days.

🎨 Art Direction & Product Details

⟡ The nua style: All customs are created in my signature style. Facial features and expressions remain consistent across all characters, as this is the core of my brand identity. I will take the lead on overall balance and colour choices to ensure a beautiful result that stays true to your inspiration.

⟡ Materials: Hand-sculpted from polymer clay and coated with UV resin for durability.

⟡ Dimensions: Charm size is approx. H 55mm x W 35mm x D 20mm. (Total length with keychain is approx. 110mm).

⟡ Care: These little ones are made to last, but like all handmade pieces, they’re happiest when treated gently with care. 🤲🏻

⟡ Note: Photos are taken in natural light, so actual colours may appear softer in person.
