shipping & returns

we ship worldwide from our little workshop. each order is handmade, so please allow 10–15 business days for us to craft your piece before it's posted.

once dispatched:

UK delivery: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail. free on all orders.

EU delivery: 7–10 business days via Royal Mail International. letters from £1.99, parcels up to £7.99.

US delivery: 7–14 business days via Royal Mail International. letters from £1.99, parcels up to £13.99.

international delivery: 10–21 business days depending on your location. letters from £1.99, parcels up to £11.99.

letters include items like stickers and newsletters. parcels include figurines, keychains, and charms. larger orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. the exact rate is shown at checkout.

international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. these charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

because our products are handmade with care, we don't accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

if something isn't right with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

we mail midnight press subscriptions from the UK on the 5th of each month.

sign up before the 20th to be included in the next month's dispatch. sign up after the 20th, and your first dispatch will go out on the 5th of the month after.

you'll be billed on the day you sign up, and on the same date each month after that.

you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — your current month's dispatch will still be sent.
